Good One with minor drawbacks
The Dumbbell rod is a good one. Strong and quality wise also it is good. The only drawback which I found is the clamps gets unscrewed very easily, even when we workout for a long time. But it’s okay we can tight it again. But sometimes it’s a little annoying.

Heavy duty
These are much better than cap handles. The shoulder the weights fit against is milled into the handle as one part so it can't come apart like press fit types. Diameter is larger than some of my standard weights plates so that needs to be considered but overall these are solid and fairly cheap.

Me permet de faire une barre d’haltères courte pour des hip thrusts ou des deadlifts peu chargés, si associé aux haltères de la même marque, dans un petit espace… c’est suffisant pour moi.
