Are the new nipple designs compatible with the old wide neck bottles?

I'm having the exact same problem! Seriously how do I get a dr. Browns premie nipple for my dr. Browns wide bottle. The ones I just bought do not fit. I'm convinced they are fake.

Do these fit Comotomo (Como tomo) bottles?
