Donโt buy, item is defective, smells badly and there is only one insole, not a pair inside the pack. This defective item is non-returnableโฆ

1 insole, not a pair
The product description claims that it is a PAIR. A Pair equals 2 items, however it is only 1 insole in the pack. It would have been useful to know, specially since the item is now out of stock and I canโt even have the option to purchase the second insole.

Combat odor from sweaty feet
I continue to buy these over and over again. I'm a nurse and they last long enough for me to put miles on them. It's definitely worth it. I get sweaty feet and this helps with odor control.. It makes my feet feel even better in my nursing shoes. I absolutely recommend them. I don't have to cut mine but I've seen people do it and it doesn't seem to affect the material at all.

You get four pairs in a package. They are just as pictured... decently thick and have markings to trim them to size.
