do the doors open on this model?

I actually just found out now about the doors. Been in its carton since I bought it a few months ago.Yes, the doors do open. Wanted to keep it in good condition. Going to use the truck for part of a Christmas display with a small tree in the back when the time is right.

Does this truck say 'ford" anywhere on it? the back maybe?

Yes, it does. On the back gate in small but a very light black letters.

Please help how do you remove the plastic thing on the bottom of the truck i cant get it off

It should have a screw that you need to remove

Does this truck run with friction motion?

Mine is still in its original box and still fasten at the bottom. I checked the wheels and they do move. So, I would imagine this truck can move about with some physical movement, but not positive how far.
