Heavier than other models available.
This stove works fine, but the components are significantly (30%) heavier than the Kovea Spider Stove, Small, Silver , also available from Amazon. If you are counting ounces, go with Kovea or Optimus Vega 4 Season Dual Mode Camp Remote Canister Stove . Optimus is a little heavier that Kovea, but has a stand for inverting gas cylinder for 4 season use. All three stoves improve safety with a remote gas canister connected with a hose and stability with a lower center of gravity and wider stance than the micro stoves that connect directly to the top of a gas canister.
