Fibromyalgia pain level 0!!!!!!!!!!!
I have fibromyalgia. Since I gave birth to my son 9 years ago I have suffered with horrible pain that destroyed my life. I have discovered that foods are a trigger for my pain. I was gradually cutting out foods and discovering if the pain got better or worse. Natalie Jill just saved me years of trial and error!! Since I started this 5 weeks ago my pain levels are at a ZERO!!! Not that 3 we all pray for but an honest to goodness ZERO. PLUS...The recipes are amazing!! Out of 84 recipes I'm excited to try them all! I have already tried 10 and loved them all. My husband and 8 year old approve them too!! I lost 6 lbs the first week!!

Good book....BUT
So I have had weight/gut issues for a long time now. I'd lost a considerable amount of weight on my own, but eventually my fat loss stopped altogether. After seeking a nutritionist I basically learned that my yo-yo dieting had "broken" my metabolism. I was told to try and stop eating processed foods to help with my nausea and GI issues. Apparently, I'm sensitive to a lot of foods that I ate frequently. Reading Natalie Jill's book helped me put the "clean eating" idea into perspective in a way I hadn't before. I liked her story and her way of communicating the science behind eating this way. So what are my problems with this book?I've liked all the recipes I've tried so far...BUT one of my major gripes with this program is the expense! I knew it wouldn't be cheap but DANG! I spent over $200 on groceries trying to follow the diet "exactly" AND it took me ALL DAY to prep just a few meals as I am not a cook (which is why I'm heavier than I'd like to be). I continue to buy antibiotic/hormone free meat, eggs, and cheese from Whole Foods & Trader Joe's because I don't want all that other crap in my food. In regards to fruits and veggies, I only buy organic if it's on sale.Second problem: The portion sizes are not very specific. I made some Blueberry Protein Muffins from the book the other day- they were pretty good! But I only had a mini-cupcake tin. Are the muffins pictured in the cookbook regular size muffins? I can't tell as it is just a close-up shot of the muffin. Serving size: one muffin. Since I don't always know what the intended portion size of the meal actually is I'm sometimes afraid I could be overeating OR no eating enough! This is a problem I've ran into more than once.If you're ready to COMMIT to eating unprocessed/clean....I'd say give this book a try. If you're still on the fence about it, this might not be the program for you.And in case you are wondering:-Yes I have noticed a BIG improvement on my guy health/GI health- Yes I wake up with more energy and don't feel groggy AT ALL- Yes I have lost a few pounds since beginning the program

Clean Eating can be Yummy!
I am a wife, mommy and personal trainer. We have a very busy household and I (we) got stuck in the take out, quick and easy process foods matrix. I have had the opportunity to be apart of Natalie Jill's book launch team, for her new book, 7 Day Jump Start, Unprocess Your Diet. This book is about unprocessing your diet and eating real food. When reading it, I was impressed by the information she shared about nutrition and how/what to eat. To be honest, I wasn't that excited to try the recipes, because I thought they would not taste good. So far, I am on day 7 and have loved everything I have made! I have a ton more energy, lost a few pounds and my muscle tone looks great! The dishes are flavorful and keep me full. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to take control of their eating habits or just needs some new healthy and tasty recipes. Get your copy today!

I love how this book lays out your grocery list
I love how this book lays out your grocery list, and the whole meal plan for a month. I personally didn't like all the recipes who ever does. I did go ahead and unprocess my diet and it makes an incredibale difference. Great book! It would have been great to see the exact pictures and brands of certain things that she uses since not all of us have ever used some of these ingredients! Great book though!

I am so happy I bought this book. It has exceeded my expectations. Natalie's inspiring story, a great easy to understand meal plan. So so many great recipes. Exercises which are just luke a bonus! Great photography. This is perfect. I am someone who eats healthy and exercise but this is different than anything else I have. My favorite cookbook! Highly recommend!

I love this book
I love this book! I am a fitness instructor and like everyone have dealt with food cravings. I love the 7 Day Jump Start-It has nice easy simple recipes. All the recipes I've made from her book have been delicious and a great guide to starting to eat clean. Natalie outlines a 7 day meal plan for you to follow. The key to the 7 day jump start is portion control. Within a few days the sugar cravings we're gone. I felt like I had more energy through out my day instead of feeling like I'd have energy crashed! You will like the way you feel after the 7 Days that you will want to keep eating an unprocessed diet:)

Feeling better than ever!
LOVE this book! Easy recipes to follow all of them have tased amazing! Eating plan is very easy to follow as well. I have been eating healthy and working out for a long time but have hit a wall where I have had loss of energy and feeling bloated and fatigue. This book has helped me change up a lot of my eating and I feel better than ever!

7 Days...plus advice for life
I feel that the advice from Natalie Jill's Unprocess Your Diet is very helpful. I tend to get the exercise down and then mess up later by eating poorly. Using Natalie's advice about how to eat and why really changed me. I followed the 7 day plan and felt a lot more energetic and less bloated. I also lost weight which is always great! I am incorporating her recipes and making unprocessed choices in my daily routine which has changed my life for the better. Fabulous exercises and information on healthy eating
If you are looking for some new exercises and new healthy recipes to try, this book is brilliant. I have used it every day since I got it.Pros:Some brilliant recipes, especially breakfast ideas and the best guacamole I have ever madeExcellent challenging exercises that are quick, don't need any equipment and can be done anywhere in the houseDetailed information on healthy eating and portion sizesCons:The 7 day eating plan is very stringent, so may not be for everyoneSome of the recipes have odd ingredients (coconut nectar) or are hard work (e.g. Needs almond meal which the note says can be made by crushing real almonds)
