Muy útil para hacer equilibrio. Lo único malo es que no he inflado mucho y no no he sabido como quitarle algo de presión y no loa pierde con el tiempo.

Good value
When I opened the package, I was worried that the needle part of the pump was missing, but it is actually stored on the pump itself. The cushion itself feels solid, and is quite comfortable to sit on. Like any acupressure material, if you sit on it for any good length of time (10 mins+) it will leave quite deep indentations in your skin, which might be irritating if you have sensitive skin. I am happy with my purchase and found it quite good value for money.
