This is a great gadget that reminds you when to ventilate, especially if you recently installed Ikea furniture, PVC or laminate flooring, or a new sofa that might release formaldehydes. It also detects dust particles if your AC isn't using a filter. On the plus side, it's a good, reliable measuring tool. Easy to use, charge USBC runs long enough or just add powerbank or direct to charger if you need 24\7 control. Little pricey hope it will last long. There is internal "ventilator" moving air for measurements but you can bealy hear it. Compact hand light weight gadget.

The monitor was recommended to me by an environmental health professor at the University of Tennessee. It works great, and the instructions are very easy to understand. I have mass cell activation and need to have consistent and reliable readings for my environment. The battery life is very good as it lasts quite a while before needing to be charged. There are no batteries which I like, and charging is easy. The readings are clear and I would suggest reading over the instructions as humidity can cause fluctuations that are inconsistent with correct numbers. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who has chemical sensitivities or does not want to breathe air that is toxic. We have had some remodeling and it has been a lifesaver, knowing which environments were safe. I highly recommended it!

This monitor felt premium and was much better than some of the other ones I've tried, even for the same price range. All the different screens were easy to access and everything was self explanatory, with nice graphs visualizing changes over time. The accuracy also seemed pretty good. One of the best things about this monitor is how small it is while still feeling like a professional tool. It didn't feel too light or cheap at all. The internal circulation fan is extremely quiet which can be a deal breaker if you use it often or are in a quiet room. I've tested other monitors where the fans were obnoxiously loud. I would highly recommend giving this model a try.

This product worked really well as an indoor/outdoor air monitor for ~22 months before it lost all accuracy on PM2.5 and PM10, which now consistently reach levels that are 1.5-2x higher than they should be compared to stationary air monitors (PurpleAir, IQAir). The support window for the product is 24 months - which I didn't find out about until I was a week over the window, holding a product that failed several weeks beforehand. I was hoping the inaccuracy was just a temporary issue and the device would self-correct, but it's clear at this point that the sensor won't function correctly anymore so the device is utterly useless for PM2.5 and PM10 measurements. I strongly encourage others to consider another device and do not recommend buying this product (and I wouldn't consider other products from this brand either, as this is a sensor issue - the heart of the product - and that sensor isn't markedly different in this device vs. many others they sell). I've very carefully used, stored, and protected my device for nearly 2 years, and during that time it's been used infrequently during summer months when wildfire smoke is something to be cautious about for outdoor activities. A product that's been so well cared for shouldn't fail outright like this.

Purchased this to monitor the air quality in my home. It comes with great instructions and is very easy to use. It displays consistent readings so I've found this monitor to be very reliable and sensitive to factors that could impact the readings. The battery life is sufficient especially is using it for several hours but could be a bit longer. It comes with a charging cord, readings are easy for us non-air quality professionals. It's great value for the money and works very well. We use it several times a week both inside and outside. Easy to travel with as well to take along on trips to monitor air quality various places.

Extremely accurate and ready to use right out of the box. Highly recommended. Easy to use. If you live in wildfire country, you need this meter.

Both this: 1000S+ 2nd as well as the 1000S 2nd are good products. And, at the 1-minute recording level, it stores close to 2 months of data in csv format. Easy to download and bring up in Excel. Also, i'll say that whether this thing is plugged in or running on battery, you'll get real-time updating to the screen non-stop. Now with the recording part, 1-minute is the minimum recording interval. Recording happens by default - you adjust the interval. I really like these products.

Got this and another product together to check and see. Unfortunately, this one is not as sensitive as the other cheaper one I bought. It will still display high VOC when the content is high, but when you bring it to an area with low VOC content such as the open window sill area. The number do NOT immediately change. Unfortunately I can’t reliably trust the result and had to return

Livré dans une belle boîte en carton, bien emballé, parfait état. L'instrument m'est parvenu déjà calibré, mais j'ai effectué 1h de mesure en extérieur au cas où. En intérieur, l'appareil semble fonctionner, les mesures en PM2.5 et 10 semblent cohérentes. Un exemple, dans une pièce propre et bien ventilée: PM2.5 = 6.1 (ug/m cube) PM10 =10.5 (ug/m cube) Nombre de particules: 1063 Et si je fume une cigarette dans la pièce les valeurs dépassent les 300. PM2.5 = 307.3 (ug/m cube) PM10 = 553.8 (ug/m cube) Nombre de particules: 46 176 Cela me semble d'autant plus cohérent qu'un autre appareil: le QingPing air Monitor affichait 315 pour les PM2.5 dans la pièce où j'avais fumé. Par contre! J'avais acheté cet appareil dans l'espoir d'obtenir une mesure élevée des particules dans l'air à cause d'une odeur en particulier qui me pourrie la vie au travail, de temps en temps, c'est irrégulier. L'appareil ne semble pas détecter cette odeur, y compris sur les mesures en COV. Reste un très bon objet. Dommage il ne mesure pas le CO2 (comme le QingPing), il faut prendre un modèle supérieur. ATTENTION cependant: l'écran se micro-raye facilement.
