Magic Wire Shelf Support 7-3/4in x 1/8in (4)

I ordered these supports because this agreed with the difference between the two holes in my bookcase. However, the supports ended up being 1/16" too long, which should not have been a major problem, but because the material is inflexible, it would not accommodate the small difference. I have used these rails in the past, and they have always been flexible to allow for slight differences. I then tried to return the supports, carefully following the instructions, and for some inexplicable reason the entire return, including the printout describing the return, was sent back to me with no explanation. So I am sending it back in again with the hopes that they will get it right this time and issue the refund.
