Disappointed, don’t recommend
I REALLY wanted to love this bag. My husband bought it for me this February as an early birthday gift. I’m saddened to say it does not live up to the standards of my other KAVU products. I love the idea but it just seems to be very cheaply made and designed. The fabric started to rip after only a few uses and does not keep contents cold for long. On an 80-90 degree day I have to pack half of the cooler with ice packs for the items inside to remain cold for 2-3 hours. My husbands under armour hard shell lunchbox keeps our stuff colder for longer. It’s ok for a quick trip to the park but for a half/all day outing it’s severely lacking.Another feature I’m not fond of on this is, unlike the Paxton pack (hands down my favorite bag of all time) the mesh pocket is on the front inside of this bag and it is missing the very useful front zipper pocket, as seen on the Paxton pack.Overall, I love the KAVU brand and as a family we own many of their products and love them all. All except this one. I really hope KAVU can rework this bag and it live up to the standards and quality of other KAVU products we own. Until then, I definitely do not recommend this bag.

Durable and good quality
This bag is super cute, I absolutely love it. The strap is super comfy! Also it has two levels so everything isn’t thrown inside. Great quality. 100% recommend.

Durable. Doesn't keep cold for over 5 to 6 hrs
It's okay. Worth more like 25 to 30 dollars not for what it's sold as. Highly over priced.

Very large capacity
I bought this on accident thinking it was a Kavu bag, not a lunch bag. I immediately returned it. Even for a lunch bag it is enormous (in my opinion). Would be a good lunch bag if maybe you were hiking, with another person. It is very spacious, could certainly hold quite a bit of food and I was very happy that it had the water bottle pocket. Very expensive for just a lunch bag.

THE LINING RIPPED AFTER FIRST USE
I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET THIS BAG. IT'S NOT CHEEP EITHER I THINK SPENDING THAT ON A LUNCH BAG THAT THE LINING WOULD NOT HAVE TORN AFTER THE FIRST USE. TAKING A CLOSE LOOK AT THE LINING IT WAS SEWN ON THE VERY EDGE OF THE MATERIAL HARDLY GRABBING IT AT ALL. SO LOOK CLOSELY AT YOUR BAG SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO SPEND THE MONEY AND MAKE SURE IT IS SEWN CORRECTLY

Poor quality and over priced
Really disappointed in the quality of this bag. Immediately after opening the box it arrived in I noticed that the zipper was already split. The insulation is not cut correctly so parts of the bag is uninsulated, my water bottles didn’t even stay cold an hour. I contacted Kavu direct thinking they would want the feedback as it’s clearly a production issue. They rudely brushed me off and basically said that the problem was between Amazon and myself and they were unwilling to be of any help. I assumed Kavu would stand by their product, but I was wrong. Customer service, or lack of, was very disappointing.This bag is basically a $60 low quality lunch box, don’t be a sucker because it looks “cool”
