Excellent book
This is an excellent cookbook - my mother is Filipino but has never written down a recipe in her life, and when asked she gives vague instructions. But sometimes you just need a written recipe, and based on what I know about Filipino cooking, these recipes are accessible and on point. If you are lucky enough to live near an Asian grocery store you should have no problem with some of the more exotic ingredients, but some of the best Filipino recipes just need a few key things you can find almost anywhere. A great addition to my cookbook collection!

Easy to follow!
This recipe book is so easy to follow! The instructions are written clear and concise. It gives a short list of ingredients which I love, it makes it less complicated. The pages are thick and the photos of each dish are clear, very well made. There are recipes of dishes I've never heard of so I'm excited to use this to help me become a better Filipino cook.
