Smooth. Literally my mouse moves are smooth. Gaming with this mouse; it just glides nicely.
So far, and I will add to this review if it changes.... The mouse speed gives options so I adjusted it to work well with my games. Movement is smooth, it glides over the gaming landscape. Regular mouse use for surfing the web or social media's is nice. No problems. I love that it goes to sleep to save the battery and a simple click wakes it up. I had it going with a log of gaming for 3 days on one charge so far and I am super happy about that (without the led lights)...my other more expensive mouse would make 1 1/2 days before dying.
