Great value for money.
Great way to get your vitamin C without the high sugar content of certain fruits. Slightly more difficult to swallow as they are quite large tablets, other than that great value for money.

Good Quality Vit C For A Decent Price
This is my 2nd bottle of this Vitamin C and so I can confirm that it does what Vit C is supposed to do! I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night to slightly acidify my blood, which makes me a bit less susceptible to viral illnesses, in theory. In practice, I haven’t had a viral illness for at least 3 years…

Take one a day half in the morning and half in the early evening for health tablet is on the large size but broken easily will buy again.
