Chased them critters out over night.
Works fantastic. Not water proof though. Mine flooded. They refunded me with no problem. Too much rain here in Florida. I would of gave five stars except for water issue.................................................................UPDATE.......................................................................................................The seller stands behind his product and his word. Refunded me 100% and replaced free of charge. he had some defective units he said. These have been in the ground now two weeks with no issues with water getting inside of units. They work fantastic as the other ones did.I placed them in a mole infested section of my outer property and they are gone. I'm impressed.

The mole hated it
A mole was eating the new seedlings in the garden. I put the one repeller at each end of the planted area, after charging them for two days in the sunlight. They started working right away. After a couple days I found the mole wandering around above ground. I caught it in a bucket and drove across town to release it in a field. I have seen no more mole activity. I think I will put the repellers away in storage for a time the mole decides to return. I was pleased with the results.

Best Purchase I made :) :) :)
These are great for keeping gophers away. I had a gopher eating my rose bushes in the back yard. Tried everything from drowning it, traps and smoke. Saw these and decided to give them a try. I was a little skeptical about it but I am so glad I got them. Have not seen the gopher in my yard since I put these in. I would recommend these to any one with a gopher problem

It works great if the product gets fully charged.
Since the product totally relies on the solar power it did not work well in my yard because not everywhere in my yard get the full sun. The product also makes noticeable noise if you don’t bury it deep enough into the ground/soil. However, it won’t make a sound or very weak sound if it is not being sun charged enough. Good thing is that there is no risk to try the product because Amazon.com accept the return if it does not work well in your yard.

Not Durable, Still Worth It
I want to emphasize that these things are NOT very durable. I ordered four, and one was DOA. The other 3 lasted ~6 months before the weather got wet and the water got in. Normally, that would cause me to think badly of the product, but here's the thing-- while they are operational, THEY WORK REALLY WELL. And frankly, if you think of them as disposable, they are still worth the cost.I had ~50 mole hills pop up over the course of two weeks. I put these puppies in and haven't seen anything since. Now that they've stopped working, I'm ordering more. This time, I'm going to try sealing all the joints with silicone and/or speed tape and see if that helps.

Take them inside during winter
One is still working after a harsh winter -- we were impressed! -- but the other one died out during the same season. We have chipmunks in stone walls next to the house which is why we left them outside: critters try to get inside during the cold winter season.

Falls apart easily, ordered 2 sets and the 1st 2 wouldn't ...
Falls apart easily, ordered 2 sets and the 1st 2 wouldn't charge so I returned them, now 1 of the 2nds set won't work, so I'm returning it. Not worth the money!Updated 9/16/16. This is the biggest rip off ever! Because the 1st 2 wouldn't charge, I ordered a 2nd set. They charged and were beeping as advertised. Because of the large area I had to cover, I ordered a 3rd set which successfully charged. Wouldn't you know....just outside the timeframe for return both in the 2nd set would no longer charge.....then the 3rd set.....same thing. It had nothing to do with not enough sun because I put them all in direct Georgia sunshine. DO NOT BUY these.....it's a total waste of money!

We have never had rodent problems like we have this year
Only one item actually worked when we received them. Contacted seller who promised to send a replacement. Never saw the replacement. The one that did work failed to repel anything. We have never had rodent problems like we have this year. The only Organic thing that would work is flooding the rodent hole with water.
