I want to confirm this really is Tesa 51036. Most places 51036 is about $8 per roll so this would be a great deal Is this really 51036?

The inside of the roll says Tesa, the 51056 is not on the marked on the tape. On the package it says 5-rolls Tessas Most adva. 6 Mercedes, BMW, Audui, Vw. Barcode reads as x001kO0zbp. I used on a Duramax engine harness. Good quality heat tape.

Is it UV resistant? Can it be used outdoors?

Can anyone confirm how this tape will work to re-wrap wiring damaged by mice? Will they still eat thru this tape?

My question to you would be why are mice chewing on your wiring harness in the first place? I don’t think any wiring tape will prevent mice from chewing on your harness. If you are restoring an old car that used this type of tape from the factory then I would use it again. This is a fabric tape and looks just like a lot of the original tape. It sounds like you might need some mousetraps before you re-wrap your harness.
