Is says large 4x6. Does that mean its latger than 4x6? I just ordered and want to order the right size envelopes

These measure 4 inches by 6 inches, true to size, which is the size of a small tourist postcard. They may slip into a 4 x 6 envelope, but typically envelopes are slightly larger than the contents. It depends on the allowance the envelope manufacturer offers.

What is the blue used? Trying to find matching envelopes. Thanks!

It's similar to a turquoise OR aqua blue color
