I have come to find this natural sleep aide to be the easiest to use to not have that groggy feeling the next morning.Typically I can melt 2 under my tongue before bed and I fall asleep naturally.

I started taking these 4 months ago. They work wonders for me. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I don't feel them hitting my system, but all the stress, anxiety, or shakiness just disappears. I showed them to my doctor who approves.More people should try them when they want safe relief without side effects. There are similar products, but I find this to be the best.

I've been a fan of BHI's products for a few years now. Periodically, I have a difficult time getting to sleep, but when I use two of these an hour or so before bedtime, I feel that I'm able to wind down and fall sleep much easier. I like the fact that you just let them melt in your mouth and they have a nice sweet taste to them.
