Does this work in high efficiency washers?

My washing machine is 20 years old so I don’t think it qualifies as “high efficiency” but I do like the product. It does a good job. I washed ten long white drapery panels for my screened-in patio a year ago and they still look good.

Can U wash a Tent with this product ???

Yes, if it fits in the washing machine If not, use Grangers Tent + Gear Cleaner

Will this work on clothes that can only be tumble dried on low?

I used it on raincoats and tumble dried low. All I wanted was that the coats remained waterproof and they did! Good product.

How long does this last on the clothing? How many "regular" washes?

It depends on how often you wear it. Use this for regular washing and you will be very happy wit the cleanliness and water resistance. Using Tide will strip the DWR off the article. Durable Water Repellent
