This is such a great journal! It is truly the best fitness journal I have ever seen! I love that it has inspirational quotes and ideas. That said It would be even better if they would1. Ship it without the stickers on it that are hard to remove2. It would be nice if they left a few more blank pages so I could paste in a weight chart or goals or macro tracking pages.3. I’d like it if they sold a bigger version 81/2 by 11 would be nice. I am not a fine of having to write small.However for the peopl who are complaining that the nutrition box is too small for food logging they’re being a bit ridiculous. It isn’t meant for food logging. I use it as a summary spot for my macros. I think you could also use it as a space to just write how things generally went e.g. eat more veggies

Simply designed with you in mind. This book has brought me into the new year jazzed up and ready to concour the world, one happy thought, one meal, and one workout at a time.The only thing I would change is if this book came in a spiral bound option. I preplan my workouts and need to see them as I go. I have to use a chip clip (ironic, I know) to keep my page.
