We were struck by the superior quality of this extra virgin olive oil from his estate outside of Firenze. Guadagnolo Dulcis is lively and fruity, while of medium intensity. Slightly riper fruit bring forth a selection with notes of almond and dried fruit. In perfect balance, bitterness and pungency combine in this medio-Intenso extra virgin olive oil. An outstanding award winner, this year's oil won a Gold Medal at the Los Angeles International Olives Oil Competition. Dulcis is at its best with grilled fish dishes, salads and is excellent for pinzimonio.
