All-Day Intense Gel Eyeliner, 140 Deep Chestnut, 0.045 oz

Really impressed with this eyeliner. The color is rich and glides on smoothly, giving a bold, liquid-like look. It lasts all day without smudging, and best of all, it’s gentle on my sensitive eyes with no irritation. Easy to sharpen and great for everyday wear.

I got the gray and purple and brown. There is a wide variety of quality between them. Purples are hard to formulate, and it shows in this pencil. Dry, skippy, patchy, fades a bit. Can I make it work? Yeah, I guess, but I don't reach for it because of those issues. The gray is... fine. It has sparkles in it, which surprised me. The glitter isn't big, but it's there, and that sort of limits the use of this pencil. I don't reach for it as often as I would if the gray was a lovely, creamy textured matte. It is none of those things. But. BUT!! The brown is. It is perfection in a pencil. Long wearing, doesn't transfer on my hooded eyes, is creamy, a joy to apply, dark enough, soft matte, pigmented, doesn't skip, tug, or go patchy. The gray and purple are... ok, I guess. If you have other pencils that you like in those colors, you probably won't like these any better. But THE BROWN! Run, don't walk. You need, NEED the brown in your life. I don't even use brown eyeliner, or I didn't. Now, I use it everyday. If I need it to be a little darker, I'll use a bit of black shadow to tint the line. BUY THE BROWN!!!

Black eyeliner addict here. After trying so many discount eyeliners, honestly this is one of the best and rivals MAC and other niche brands - because you’re getting a lot of the same benefits at a much lower price point. I’m giving this 4 stars because I like a lil smoky eye, and this is creamy-ish (which is why you have to carefully sharpen it), so I can line it, then go in with an eye shadow brush right after and blend up from the lash line and give it a nice smoky look. And the color is *very black*. I don’t mess around with fake black eyeliners; this is richly pigmented. If I had to compare this to another product, it’d be a thinner creamier version of Benefit ‘Bad Gal’. This liner is -not- the one to get if you’re going for a sharp point, because it’s so creamy it’s going to be rounded to some degree at the tip by the time you get to the outer corner. This works nicely for my smoky purpose but might not for you if you want a clear sharp defined edge. If you have very sensitive eyes that water easily, you might want to look elsewhere. I take off a star because it lacks that one quality that you’ll find more often at higher price points, which is staying power. I try to get around that by applying an eye makeup primer. I buy many many brands of black pencil liner and keep coming back to this one. I’m still on the hunt for the perfect one but until I find the holy grail, for my needs this is it.

Great eyeliner! I bought a sharpener and find it so simple to do my upper and lower last lines. The color lasts all day!! Have to keep them sharpened.

I had such high hopes for this gel eyeliner. The color is perfect. The gel goes on smoothly. Then, it came time to sharpening it. I tried three different sharpeners. The first attempt did okay and then it was downhill from there. What's the point of buying an eyeliner pencil if you can't sharpen it? I'm going to try the pop it in the freezer suggestion and see if that helps with sharpening. UPDATE: 7/6 - I've found no way to sharpen this eyeliner pencil, even with refrigerating the pencil and trying three different sharpeners. So basically, this turns out to be garbage.

It went on well, beautiful color (plum). I really liked it until I had to use a pencil sharpener on it. Maybe it's my sharpener, but what a mess! Won't buy again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to because I absolutely LOVE this eyeliner!! I was having an issue with other eyeliners not going on my lids at all or actually erasing the line I just drew on my eyelids. This eyeliner goes on smooth, doesn’t erase the line I’m going over (for a darker line) AND stays on all day without smudging! I’ve also had issues with other “waterproof” eyeliners rubbing off on my upper eyelid, leaving an unattractive line, but this eyeliner does not! If you like a brownish-black eyeliner, the Chestnut color goes on light, but transforms into a deeper brown with more coats. Be careful how much pressure you use because it is a gel eyeliner, which makes it a bit softer and breaks off if you’re not gentle. Another awesome feature is that it washes off easily with a regular face wash. I highly recommend this eyeliner!

Love this eyeshadow! It's bold but yet easy to smudge with an eyeliner brush or your fingers. I also like that it comes off at the end of the day/night with a makeup wipe or some makeup remover. The one thing I didn't realize is that it's not a twist up to access the liner you have to sharpen it like a regular pencil. Not a negative just for anyone else out there who maybe was confused at first lol
