Quality product and hardware
I ordered one of these and installed it. A few months later, I am back for two more and chose to stick with this exact model of mount. I really like the solid, yet aesthetic design. I bought this specific mount for the look and quality of the mount. The rubber protector is just sufficient, without being unnecessarily bulky and seems like it will be durable. Time will tell. One of the selling factors for me is the details, such as the included hardware. Most companies save pennies on the included screws and include easily stripped out screws. However, these were a much higher grade of metal. Even with my impact driver, I did not even start to strip the screws. On the plate for the bottom wheel, there is an included adhesive strip, so you do not have to screw it in. I appreciate the details that make install easy. Quick note: I ended up not having room to hang my bike the way this mount was designed to hold it, so I now take my front wheel off (quick release) and hang it by the seat parallel to the wall. I use the tire tray to keep the bike foot pedal from scraping the wall. This has saved us a lot of space in a single car garage spot and works extremely well.

This works for ALL your bike needs!
I bought this to hang my mountain bike on the wall outside on my patio to give me some more room. I was worried based on some feedback here, that it wouldn't accommodate my mountain bike. Well, I can say now that I bought it, it works for my mountain bike, my sons bike (20" bmx) and even accommodates my wife's beach cruiser tires! I will now be buying more so that I can set theirs up next to mine. I have 26 x 2.00 size tires on my mountain bike. It easily fits the tire. I have to lift the bike up just a bit higher than the hook so I can get the tire in there, then it holds it securely. When I was installing it, I put my bike up against the wall area I wanted it installed to make sure all would work OK. It took me just a few minutes to get it all situated. The actual holder has a plastic cover over the tire holder part to prevent scratches. Though it seems durable, it will probably be the first to fail over time. It came with 2 screws and 2 dry wall anchors. I didn't have to use the anchors as the screws were sufficient enough since it was being installed on wood. Now we can talk about the Tire Tray. It looks like it was a last minute idea. It doesn't match the top piece and comes only with a strip of double sided tape on the back to install it with. That didn't work for me. The good news is that it has two pre-molded holes already prepared as if it should have been drilled but wasn't. This made it easy for me to drill two holes and use my own screws to install it with. One thing to think about with this piece, is it isn't needed unless you worry about tire marks on the wall. It doesn't support the bike in anyway, so you can choose if you want to use it or not. Overall, good value, and is easy to install. It comes with the screws needed for the main piece and the other piece can easily be installed using other methods. I definitely recommend this for people who need a quick fix for storage of their bike and an easy installation.

Great Piece of Work
This hook (or rack) and accompanying tray are fantastic, instantly transforming my space after installing and hanging up my road bike. A few pointers: 1) You do not necessarily need a stud to install the rack. You can hang it on drywall with the right hardware. I used the Toggler brand "Snaptoggle" toggle bolts, able to support about 300lbs in 1/2 in. drywall. These toggle bolts required a half-inch hole to install. This made it tricky to determine the exact distance between the two screws. I ended up drilling three holes before I got it right. 2) The mounting instructions on the packaging say (2b) "mark the spot where the front tire touches the wall," and (2c) "measure 12" above that spot to mark the top screw hole of rack." I found the 12" to be off. 6" is more like it. Having to drill an extra hole below the second turned out to be a blessing, because the top hole was way too high, following the 12" direction. 3) Note that the tip of the hook is roughly 4" above the top screw. I have a 700x23c wheel, and the top of the wheel is 5" above the hook when the bike is hung. Thus, my bike ends up about 9" above the top screw. 4) It's extremely helpful to hold the bike up against the wall, as the manufacturer suggests, and take appropriate measurements before drilling any holes. I did this all by myself, but if you can get an extra hand, that may save you a lot of time and effort. 5) Something I consider to be a design flaw on this otherwise beautiful and functional rack: the screws are not flush with the rack. In my setup, the lower screw juts into the wheel right close to where it rests on the rack. Not sure if my tire will lose pressure faster because of this (probably not), but I wish the screws were flush with the entire rack surface. I would post a picture if I had a camera, but I have to say for 15 bucks, this is an excellent apartment solution for my road bike (one-bedroom in my case), and it holds it in a spot that seems to have been made just for this.

Simple, effective, clean asthetic
This is great! I did not think I was going to find such a convenient and sturdy hanger for my bike for only ~$15! It was simple to install (find a stud and use a drill). As some people have mentioned, the scre is not flush against the stand so it presses a little on the tire but I do not think it has been a problem, yet. I really like how clean looking the design is. It compliments the simple decorating style of my apartment nicely! And now my bike is convenient to use! Very happy. Also, for the people concerned about the hook placing pressure on a tire spoke, just rotate the wheel a cm or two and the spoke will no longer be under pressure.

Great sturdy wall rack for longer term bicycle storage.
I bought 3 to store bicycles on my garage wall for the winter. Pros: Very sturdy. Easy to install - comes with all all necessary hardware for installation. Simple design. Securely holds my bicycles on the wall. Cons: the piece that protects the bottom tire of your bicycle from marking the wall is secured to the wall with tape. This piece of one of my units doesn't stick to my wall very well but is be held in place by the weight of the back wheel. The other 2 are holding fine. Not a big problem, just something to be aware of. Also, this product isn't the best choice as a daily bicycle rack. It takes a bit of effort to hang a bicycle on it and take the bicycle off. I use it for winter storage so it is not an issue for me. Use a floor rack for daily use. Overall: I recommend this product for longer term storage of your bicycle on a wall.

Beyond THRILLED! BEST bike wall mount for NYC apt!
I live in NYC & have a carbon fiber Trek bike. It can't be stored outside & our rental apt doesn't have any building storage so the only solution was my bedroom. I looked and looked (and looked) and settled on this $9.78 Delta Cycle Leonardo Bike Rack. With some thoughtful planning and patience this is a total LIFESAVER SPACE SAVER and I couldn't be more pleased! The bike is officially mounted between my closet doors & my wall shelving which is roughly 8" of space. To keep the wall from showing the tire scuffing I squeegee'd a black vinyl strip but any wall paper will do or simply take the time to remove the scuffing with a Mr Clean magic eraser. One thing to know: No anchors are included in the kit. So buy a pair of sturdy anchors that will work with your wall. The Delta mount has a 40 lb / 18 kilo weight limit so keep this in mind when anchor shopping AND buying any bike rack. In all though I couldn't be happier with this & truly hope it holds up!

Great for apartments or small spaces - sturdy - easy to install!
I love these bike mounts for the wall. Garage, shed, or apartment - these work great for getting bikes up and out of the way! I've got two bikes up on the wall with these, and plan on ordering a third. Pick the fastener of your choice or use the screws provided (we're currently using drywall mount toggle bolts - make sure to get appropriate size washers/bolts if you do!) Works great for all sizes of bikes. I've got my 90's Trek cro-moly hardtail on it and the mount is holding great (all-steel with racks and other commuter/touring gear). With the right mounting hardware, you'll do fine with any standard bike (e-bikes and such may be too heavy, be sure to check the specs and weight of your bike - the manufacturer notes it's rated to 40 pounds). Bottom-line: There's slightly cheaper options out there, but this is the brand that has been around. It's solidly constructed and aesthetically pleasing on the wall. You can't go wrong with a couple.

Using a Stud is must for this type of rack
The build: The construction of this rack is solid. The metal is strong and plastic is thick. The back tire holder is also built solid and sticks to wall well. I would highly recommend using this, the rubber from the tire will create marks on a white wall. *Something to note: The aluminum is painted with a light grey coating that scratches and rubs off onto wall; so be wary of that when 'testing' areas to hang. Feasibility: Much like everyone else, I was also concerned if this would be something that I could use on my personal walls. The screws and anchors provided are definitely way too small and will not provide enough weight to hold through dry wall. I upped the gauge of my screw and a heavier anchor, and that did not work. Since there is only one screw holding the top portion, all of the weight is dependent on that one screw. (The bottom screw helps, but not as much as the top since the tire is pulling the top screw away from the wall.) So, I went back to store and bought toggle bolts. This held in nicely, but would hear it slowly tearing the wall apart. (The type of bolt is irrelevant at this point, the concern is whether the wall can take the load.) I removed it and placed the bikes bottom wheels resting on the floor and use the rack to hold the bikes vertically. Works well as all the weight is not on the floor. I would only recommend if you will be mounting behind a stud or by placing a wooden support to help distribute weight accordingly. Overall, the build is well, but would have gone with a gravity hook system. Seems to have less fuss and is movable.

Bueno, bonito, barato y funcional.
Excelente compra.

This a very sturdy, simple to understand and mount bikes, and clean look, at a great price
I wasn't sure what to expect, but this works great! Turned out to be stronger than expected, and simple to understand how to hang the bike, and installation is a no brainer. The lack of screw - it uses double sided tape - for the back tire guide was a bit disconcerted, but the pressure of the wheel against that guide mean the adhesion is no issue. Buying a couple more.......
