Can this be used for between knees?

Yes. It's small enough and it can't be blown up enough to be hard.

What is the free gift card about that came with product - didn't lead me anywhere but error page?

I didn’t get a free gift card with the ball. I never got an offer for a free gift card.

Why no inflation instructions mine did not come with any "straw" ? i'll return this item and look for an inflated ball.
