Easy to install
They have a nice small convenient package and are very easy to use. One side you screw in to remove the old wax guard and the other side just push and turn a little bit.

Takes a long time for delivery.
The product is as described and was the right one for my hearing aids. Convenient to not have to go the clinic to get those, but must plan in advance!
