This is totally value for the price . For beginner who wish to start with 1 kg dumbbells you can go for it .care should be taken to not drop it from height and throw it forcefully because it might break .otherwise it’s very nice to handle .

This is set of 1kg x 2 dumbells. Who lifts a 1kg dumbell, regardless of whether you are beginner or pro! I ordered this product to test the aesthetics and it really disappointed me. If you require pvc mould filled with sand, you should get this product.

Good for beginners... definitely sand filled. But yeah it's fine for working out. It might end up with folds(dents) in any case. In short its good for its price
