i feel the need to address a few review points. Several reviews mentioned how hard it was to cut the cable. lineman wire cutters/pliers worked great. There is also a miss understanding of how you tighten the cable. you don’t twist the cable but the connector mounted to the base. there is a small hole that the wrench provided fits in. this is twisted to tighten the cable. mine is tuned to G#. the set screws that hold the cable in place are of much lower quality than the rest of the hardware.

We installed this in my daughter's room who is quite the collector and artist. It is sturdy and works great for her to hang her art and things without putting holes in my walls. And it can grow with her as she changes things out and her tastes change. Love this and so does my 7.5 year old.

Nobody prepares you for how much artwork preschool sends home. This was a great way to neatly display it in the home. The most difficult part of installation was cutting the wire so be prepared with GOOD wire cutters. Other than that, the instructions were easy to follow and we’re loving the look.

Love the result but only giving four stars because it was a pain to install. The wire is hard to cut and get properly screwed into anchors. The screws it came with would rub off on our skin/stain it with a metal color and in general were cheap and strip very easily so be careful when putting them into anchor. But once it’s up, it looks great and is very sturdy.

After some measuring (three times) I cut the cable to the length we needed. Then I attached the ends and center holder to the wall, picked by my wife, again after 2 or 3 measurements. Those little set screws are so easy to loose, we did twice but found them again. As a senior citizen, this was a bit of a hassle to properly install, but I got it done, leveled, and properly stretched out.The wall will soon sport some of my wife's zentangle drawings and other craft projects.We both love the idea and think this is a great addition to our home.
