After 3 months, the back camera is not working now. How to claim your 18 months warranty?

IT STOPPED WORKING, I give it 1 star.
It stopped working. Doesn't stay 'on'. I bought this for my road trip, but now I'm stuck in Texas and going back to California WITHOUT THIS WORKING really sucks. Even the elastics on the back to mount it broke off without ever taking it off. Now, I am disgusted buying AIWUJIN. products. I bought a Tablet 10.5" and it also broke within a few weeks. BAD QUALITY, LOW RELIABILITY PRODUCTS. Now, I must buy another one because the Warranty is more than likely past due. SAD!!

1 -Fantastic customer service. Five stars on customer care, the unit I ordered missed a part, and they send a new unit overnight and credit some money.2- Very solid build quality. It's not heavy, nice backup cam, front video and a great mirror.3- Appropriate feature set for a "dash cam" regarding video and photo settings. You can always overlay the date/time on the videos and photos. 170 degree is good for recording everything that's going on in the road in front and the back of you.4. Video is appropriately compressed using H264 straight to the SD card. It uses about 100 MB for one minute of footage during the day. In two files one for back cam and one for front cam.5. Very happy with those included accessories. i.e. extra USB cable and the super long charging cable.6. Full automatic light exposure for both cameras and great mic for sound record, I used this Zero Edge dash cam for more than a month and I am very satisfied. 7.Ultra-clear night vision, so that day and night will not have too many changes, automatically adjust light, perfect experience, I like his style and performance. 8.This is an intelligent car camera DVR. It automatically comes on when I start my eicle and will continue to record until I each my stination. Loop recording allows old file to be replaced automatically with new files。
