New Item in multiple widths! The mr² Farm Hardwood Farm Style Bench or Accent Table is 19" deep x 32" high in widths between 24 and 72 inches. The bench shown is stained Dark Walnut. Matching Tables and Desks are also available on this site. Each piece is built to the following specifications: - The seat is made from 4/4 inch Hardwood Boards with biscuits & compression glued. - The seat is reinforced with ribs for maximum strength and support - The Leg Assemblies are 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" hardwood. The cross braces are secured to the legs with 1/4" x 4" lag screws and covered in hardwood dowels for maximum strength and rigidity. - The Leg Assemblies are secured to the seat with power head screws and covered with hardwood dowels. Three 2" ribs are secured under the seat for maximum structural strength and support of multiple adults.- All of the surfaces are fine sanded, stained and finished with multiple coats of hand rubbed Tung Oil to bring out the beautiful grain patterns and textures. Tung oil or China wood oil is a drying oil obtained by pressing the seed from the nut of the Tung tree. Tung oil penetrates and hardens (dries) upon exposure to air to protect the wood. The application and buffing of numerous coats results in a transparent, durable and hard coating. - Each piece is finished with the customers specific stain requirements and multiple coats of low gloss hand rubbed Tung oil is applied. The surfaces are sanded prior to the application of the next coat. All of the surfaces are finished.- The bench is shipped fully assembled.- Each piece is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, cardboard and then placed in cartons.- The bench or seat is stained and finished to the customers specific requirements. Please specify the stain when ordering.- Drop shipment to the closes Greyhound Package Express Station has been included. Residential shipping is available for an added cost.
