Firm tight supportive
Feels strong, padding is substantial and protective. After prolonged use felt constructive and was not breathable. If the product had a way of loosening occasionaly for comdort and breathability it would be better. Overall a good product.

Essential for El-blows
Bought these for a self-defense class.We needed pads to be able to practice elbow blows.Decent padding, but you can still feel the blow.

Great for trucking
Bought these for trucking. Would damage my bursa sac on my elbow and these worked great for protecting my elbow from big bumps on the road. Hold up OK to sweat, stays on my arms OK, relatively comfortable.(Update 3 weeks after purchase)I only wear one pad at a time on my left arm, and it has since ripped apart already. Haven't even had the chance to let the washer destroy it. Reduced to 1 star. Would not recommend these ones, unless you only need them for a couple uses.
