Favorite New Water Soluble Pencils Pallete.
This is my favorite new purchase for water color pencils/ water soluble pastels. Photo is Caran D'ache Neocolor II water soluble pastels. There's a textured side and a smooth side. I was skeptical that my wc pencils would still color on it, but they did! So perfectly, too! *It's easier to get in tight spaces *It's easier to blend on the palette *You lose far less waste to sharpening *You don't get any kind of waxy bloom It's the perfect size. Not to small or too big *It's very easy to clean *You can still use them after they dry. Just rehydrate them after they are dry. *Since they dry fast on the pallette, it's easy to add more color to the same place. I'm not sure how I live without this tool. It's my favorite new purchase. I can't be more pleased with it or recommend it highly enough. Sorry if I'm spelling "pallette" wrong 🙃🙃😆
