I have been using this colour for a couple of years and it never let's me down. I have natural dark auburn/brown hair and this covers wonderfully.I redo it every 6-8 weeks to cover my couple of 'glitter' strands and to do the roots.Overall lasts really well and really shines in the sun.I have so many compliments about the colour as it looks lovely and not a flat colour on my hair.

I have used this product before I use two bottles to make sure my hair is fully saturated. it does turn out purple at first but mine then fades by the next two washes and goes a pinky hue..

What the holy moly have you done to my hair? Scalp is burnt off me and my hair looks like I’m 80 years old. Left this in for 35 mins gave the routs the extra 5 minutes due to pandemic situation with roots. Had to source gloves from local covid group otherwise I’d have blue hands. Not fit for purpose at all. Who sells a hair dye with no gloves???? Now I look even worse with my grey hair than the pandemic made me look. There’s your add ,,,, looks worse than the pandemic!!! Stay away and I used 2 bottles 2 bottles omg. I’ve had better accidents than this. Looking for a refund and maybe some therapy please. Least I now look like the age group that is shielding like me. And my head is burning.......

I am quite disappointed. I wasted money and time.I have bleached hair and it was supposed to work. Of course, I didn't expect the box photo result, I am experienced enough not to, but it didn't work AT ALL.I did all procedures by instructions and I ended up having exactly the same bleached hair as if I didn't apply the product. Kept it for 30 minutes, and I used 2 tubes even though I have short hair. But let's say it's ok because I have lots of hair. Still.... didn't work. I still have just bleached hair. So so sad.

I have used many hair colours and usually do not leave reviews since I believe that it is about each individual person, but this is a no go for anyone who has thick hair. You have to bleach first AND it bleaches as is, so it is a double kill on your locks. The colour is not that impressive of a pink or rose but more like a rose gold with a bit too much ginger in it (my experience - medium brown hair bleached to pale blonde and then coloured with this, using coconut oil before the project to protect my hair, which did not work out when it usually does.) If my hair sounds similar to yours, don't do it.
