Yogasleep Hushh Portable White Noise Sound Machine for Baby, 3 Soothing Natural Sounds with Volume Control, Compact Size, Noise Canceling for Sleep Aid, Office Privacy, & Meditation, Registry Gift

I put off getting one of these sound machines for a while. I had an upcoming trip and I knew that moving to several hotels I would want something to help with white noise. This worked perfectly. I truly believe we got better sleep because of this little gadget. I’m so happy with this purchase. I wish I got it sooner. It has three sounds. You can adjust the volume. It’s rechargeable very happy with this.

The Yogasleep Hushh Portable White Noise Sound Machine has been an absolute game-changer for me, both during my travels and as a thoughtful gift for expecting mothers. First and foremost, its portability is unmatched. Whether I'm staying in a bustling hotel or crashing at a friend's place, this compact device easily slips into my luggage or carry-on bag, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep wherever I go. Its small size belies its power – the three soothing natural sounds create a cocoon of tranquility, drowning out external noise and lulling me into a deep, restful sleep. But it's not just for travelers – I've found it to be an indispensable gift for soon-to-be parents. The adjustable volume and versatile sound options make it perfect for soothing fussy infants and helping them drift off to sleep. Its compact design is ideal for placing near cribs or strollers, providing a familiar and comforting environment for little ones, whether at home or on the go. One of the features I appreciate most is its simplicity. With easy-to-use controls and a durable construction, the Hushh is designed with convenience in mind. The built-in clip allows for secure attachment to strollers or car seats, while the USB rechargeable battery ensures hassle-free operation without the need for constant replacements. In terms of quality, Yogasleep has truly outdone themselves. The sound output is crisp and clear, free from any distortion or static. Its versatility, portability, and exceptional performance make it a standout product that I wholeheartedly recommend to travelers and new parents alike.

We used it on our Disney trip. It was fantastic. Drowned out any outside noise or snoring within the room. Small and compact, perfect for traveling.

I purchased my first one back in 2022. Used it DAILY for the last 4 years. And it just stopped working. Loved it so much that I repurchased a new one. The only difference I've spotted between the original and the new one is the charging port has been changed to a c-port. Works exactly the same. Super reliable. And I definitely got my money's worth. Paid 20 dollars and got 4 years of nightly use. Looking forward to seeing how long this second one lasts.

Best portable sound machine we’ve found and we’ve gone through a bunch. Loud with good battery life.

We loved this - it's definitely the best in white noise machines because of all the added perks. The clip makes it so useful to take and put on the car seat, the swing, on your fingers while you're rocking baby, etc. It can go anywhere, which is awesome, and the USB charging is great. The sound is nice and deep (the one we like) but there is also a waves sound and an underwater sound. Probably what it actually sounds like in the womb. It does a great job of helping my baby sleep and stay asleep. It also wonderfully blocks out other sounds. We can hear squeaky drawers and doors anywhere in our apartment, and before we had this we had to get into bed extremely carefully and slowly, else we wake her up; but with this we can go about normal movements without fear! You still should avoid loud noises like slamming doors; but its still a 50/50 chance even with loud noises like those. We absolutely love it, but there is one thing we would change - the battery life. Even on a full charge (meaning I have it plugged in a few hours before she goes to bed) it still only lasts anywhere from 6-8 hours before it dies. And when it suddenly shuts off, that wakes our baby up! If I notice it in time I can plug it in and she sometimes is okay - but sometimes I am too late. That can be frustrating. I wish the battery life was more around 10-12 hours, so my little one could have it all night long. We used to attach it to her crib but moved it to a plugged in spot next to our bed for that reason, since we obviously shouldn't have it attached to her crib with the cord in. The low battery life is the only reason I gave 4 stars. With a longer battery life this sound machine would be absolutely perfect!

I bought the Yogasleep Hushh Portable White Noise Sound Machine for an upcoming trip to Costa Rica and decided to test it at home before taking it on the road. Glad I did! The sound quality is excellent, and the volume gets plenty loud enough to drown out background noise. It’s compact, portable, and exactly what I was looking for in a travel sound machine. The one thing to keep in mind is the battery life. At high volume, the battery didn’t last the full 8 hours, so if you’re planning to run it all night, make sure you test it beforehand. Fortunately, once I plugged it in, there were no issues at all. Despite the battery limitation at higher volumes, this little machine does exactly what I need it to do. I’m looking forward to putting it to work during our Costa Rica trip! Five stars for sound quality, portability, and convenience. Just plan on keeping it plugged in if you need it running all night at higher volume!

***UPDATED***We had issues with it not turning off after 30 days. After the rerun period expired. We let battery run and when we plugged in it would work. However, it stopped working completely after 5 months of purchase. Waiting to hear back from company about if options. If any. If company service bad then we will not be purchasing another (we had planned to before this happened). ***Update as of 11.18.21*** I called the company about the 1year warranty. And they directed me to fill out info online to request replacement or refund. We opted for replacement because we need a sound machine. The process was super smooth and simple and the customer service was phenomenal. They even offered to replace with a different product, which we chose to do just to try it out because it supposedly has a little longer battery life. I had too update this review from 1 to 5 stars because I also learned that the glitches that happened was because I had a portable sound machine that is supposed to be turned off and unplugged once every 14 days. The company does have stationary sound machines but we bring ours for travel. In any event, I highly recommend the product and thr customer service for the manufacturer re thr warranty was great.

I have a new habit of sleeping in white noise and this Totally works , change it every alternate night to make it work for 8-10 hours a night

Top

Loved it!! Perfect.

Update 4.5 years after buying this: I still use this thing, although admittedly it’s on its last legs. For the first four years we used it almost every night, took it to hotels and on camping trips. Around the 4-year mark, it started needing to be plugged in all the time (or it’ll shut off a few seconds after unplugging the charging cable). Still does a great job of providing white noise though! All these years later, this is still one of my favourite must-haves! Original review from Dec 2018: I freaking love this thing!! We use it in our baby’s room for naps and nighttime sleep. It does a great job of keeping household noise out of her room. It’s great to take on the road too, and I like that you can attach it easily to a car seat or door knob.
