Hi, can you also do engraving/personalization?

There is not a personalization option for TUMI bags purchased directly through Pattern Products on Amazon, however, buyers can have their bags personalized by visiting their local TUMI store. We recommend you may want to contact TUMI directly at 1-800-299-8864 for help in locating the TUMI store nearest you.

what is the warranty for this item?

Simply Google “Tumi Alpha 3 Expandable Warranty”. Select “Product Information and Warranty”. This applies to all Tumi cases. There is an extensive warranty explanation that is entirely too long to explain here: Warranty for Year 1, Warranty for Years 2-5, etc. Google is your friend!

Disappointed with my Purchase

This product was delivered and given as a gift to my wife. I bought it early for her birthday. Not only was it not a leather laptop bag, it also did not include a strap, which as you can imagine, I was embarrassed when she opened it.Very very disappointed

Style & how it aged.

My wife bought me this for me years ago and I had the opportunity to purchase a new high school graduate a brief case /satchel. As pricey as it is I still considered it the best available.
