There’s nothing like the peace of mind genuine Subaru parts give me as an owner. The fit was ideal. I ended up getting my crossbars install at my Subaru dealership, because the instructions stated to tighten to 35-40 torque, even though the crossbars came with an installation tool. This is because I had no way of knowing the torque, as the tool was no help with that. I didn’t want to chance it, having my cargo box blow off as I drove 70 mph on the interstate, so they did a quick install.

Crossbars make an unbearable noise and vibration when the car is driven over 20mph. I returned the product immediately after test driving after installation.

They fit a little odd, doesn’t quite seem like they’re made for the car… but they do the job. Just wish they weren’t so dang pricey

this appears solid. It was easy to install. I have only used it once, putting a tandem kayak on top. Handled the weight with no sagging

The media could not be loaded. I was able to install the cross bars and the roof rack in less than 30 minutes! The OEM Subaru crossbars came with the tool needed to install them.

This product is NOT RETURNABLE and was not stated as such. Does not fit Subaru Crosstrek Hybred but was listed as an item that does fit the car. Incorrect information on Amazon Site.
