These pans are very easy to use due to the excellent spring mechanism. They are durable with a good nonstick surface that won't scratch off making them rust proof. The material is heavy so they don't warp and hold up to a waterbath if needed for your recipe.

These pans were used to make the "unusual" birthday cake I made for my wife. They worked out perfectly to get the look I needed for a funny large cake for 30 guests. The pans are spring and they'll have lots of future uses and especially like the variety of sizes.

Good combo set for different size cheesecakes and cakes in general. Highly recommend handwashing instead of the dishwasher, the pan and springform ring seemed to suffer due to the high temperatures and constant hot water. Also, make sure to store it dry as leaving water residue will create rust in the ridges.

Loved them. Just used the 8” one to make an apple torte. The pan is efficient, cleans up quickly.

Bought these since my old ones didn't do the job anymore. The pan have not leaked and the clip on the pans feel tight. These will be great for my holiday baking and by the way they don't stick And my cheesecake s come out perfect
