Transportable, comfortable, easy to use and effective. Sleep better and less pain every day. You can believe this or not, but when I’m having a stressful day, I lay on it with the pad down on the lower end of my body and it pulls all the negative energy off me and out my feet. No joke, I wake up feeling more like myself.

The magnetic pad is sturdy and well-made but it moved around a lot when placed between the mattress and bedsheet. It's too scratchy to lie on directly, so I bought a child's play pen/play yard sheet and that fits the magnetic pad almost perfectly. Now I can place the pad on top of the bottom bedsheet at night, yet it's protected and I'm comfortable. This solution also made the pad more portable, so I can use it while sitting on a chair or the couch.

The magnet pads really help to rejuvenate my body nightly. I have two, making me into a sandwich. Older I get the bigger the impact.

I wanted to like it. I've slept on it for over a month. Didn't do didly sqat. I'm out a lot of money for bracelets, necklaces, and back braces, all with magnets in them that do not help with pain. I'm sorry, save your money and go to a chiropractor and massage therapist instead.

I like my pad. I have a real bad back, I surgery plate , rod and 4 screw. so time I have nerve problems and leg problems it really helps.
