Did exactly what I needed it to do.
A pc that was a virtual brick, is now operational again. because one file was not working properly. I may be nitpicking, this has only lost one star because it took longer than expected to arrive, that may be due to the reliance on the post office to deliver, and their industrial action.

Quick and easy to use. Worked perfectly.
PC was stuck on a restart loop after a failed update. Would start configuring updates and then restart in the middle of it over and over.Plugged in USB, went into bios and changed load order to boot from USB and had to use a restore point to recover Windows. Changed load order back to my SSD and it booted up perfectly first time.Beats giving £50 to a PC repair shop who will essentially do the same thing.Ordered on 20th November and was supposed to arrive on the 23rd but Royal Mail strike happened so it arrived today on the 26th. Nothing the seller can do about that but really happy with product otherwise.

Not easy at it seems
So I purchased this item to restore my sons laptop as the operating system was damaged. I when through all the steps for it to not actually restore it. I ended having to wipe my sons hard drive and reinstall it. So I fairness did get the laptop to work but didn't actually do what it's says. Unless you know what your doing I would give it a miss.

Not the best never worked
Bought this to help load and install / repair corrupt operating system failed to find it when I inserted it , created my own from Microsoft site free found it straight away save yourself money don t. Buy useless no instructions qr code to scan never worked went to internet site they had that was useless too , all in all , would give it 0 if I could

Plug in usb turn on pc. Press del key to enter bios boot from usb.
Simple to use. Can be found for less.
