Creamy cereal
Very tasty as a hot cereal with milk and butter. The texture is fine (no dust), Can not attest to versatility in baking have not tried yet. I do not feel bloated after eating this as a cereal only feeling of fullness. Since I purchased 32oz bag will take me some time in finishing it.

Stale Nasty and not 100%
I saw the ad that says 'Run away, rancid and disgusting" I should have take note, but I was hoping for a good pack NOT SO, this Ragi Millet Flour is Nasty Rancid and disgusting. Delivery was quick but I had to ask for a refund and toss the package in the garbage. Why would a company sell stale product to customers, that is not the way to get rid of it.

Authentic, clean, and perfect for daily ragi porridge!
I’ve been trying to incorporate more ancient grains into my diet for the calcium and fiber, and this 4lb bag from Rani is fantastic. The flour is finely ground with that perfect, authentic pale-pink tinge that turns into a rich reddish-brown color when you cook it. I’ve been using it every morning to make savory ragi porridge with buttermilk and salt, and it dissolves beautifully without any stubborn clumping. The bag is massive, making it a great value if you use it regularly. No grit, no stones, just pure millet flour.

Definitely NOT pure ragi flour
Raw flour looked too white, felt kind of slippery to touch, and smelled of pesticide and tasted like rice flour. Cooked a tiny bit into porridge as final test. Cooks and forms like ragi flour but tastes extremely odd. Pesticide or medicinal smell and taste is high. Discarding the whole packet and flagging the issue. It is an adulterated or contaminated product. Definitely do not risk.

Good quality
Was pessimistic but it is fantastic. Perfect taste. Pure millet. No stones or impurities. Worth the buy

Healthy
It’s a healthy option, but it doesn’t match the feel of white flour
