I have used this needle to make two sweaters, and it has been fantastic to use! It is definitely worth the extra money I spent purchasing this needle. This is the only brand of needles I will purchase in the future. PROS: *The stainless steel needle is smooth, so the yarn glides effortlessly and it feels good to the touch. *The connection between the needle and the cable is smooth, so there is no catching or snagging of the yarn. *The cable is thin, sturdy, and plastic coated. *One of my favorite things about the cable is that it doesn't have a memory! I don't have to fight a curling cable because it lays straight. *The needle is marked on the side with the needle size. *The needle tips are very tapered and pointy. I found this feature great for working with smaller gauge yarn, and making a more precise stitch. CON: Because the tips are so tapered and pointy, there can be a wee learning curve using these needles. I was used to using needles with a wider tip. With the needle tips being so tapered and pointy, it can be easy to stick the tip into the yarn, splitting it, and miss the stich. However, having said that, after I used them for a day or so I got used to it, and it's not an issue now.

The only circular needle I buy. I have never repurchased a needle because it wore out or broke. I haven’t even been able to crimp the cord. Super stable, with smooth transitions at cable connection to needles, never a snag, good slippage with these metal needles. Tips are pointy enough, without being so sharp that you puncture your finger as you move your stitches on the needle. Love these forever.

Chai Goo is one of my top 3 knitting needle brands. I mostly use cable needles, and their cables are very flexible and the join is smooth. They have very pointy tips which is especially nice when you're working in a small gauge. I knit really fast with these! As an avid knitter, I also appreciate the fact that they actually print the needle size on the needle itself. I don't know how they do it, but I've used Chai Goo for years and the printing has stayed put, so I don't have to dig up my needle gauge when it's time to put them away. I'm a huge fan.

These are very easy to use, it doesn't curl or get caught up where the needle meets the string. It makes a huge dierence in knitting. I recommend highly. It makes purling easier regardless of your ability level and the needles are. very smooth

Love how flexible the cable cord is! This will make doing magic loop much easier than with cable cords that are stiff. I wished I ordered Chiagoo needles earlier in my knitting journey.

I love chiaoGoo needles. They are sturdy and have just the right amount of slipperiness.

I don’t like buying products from China. But these needles are exceptionally easy to use. The cord is loose and limp which makes knitting so much easier.

These are the best, smoothest, and easiest to handle needles! I use these Portuguese method (look it up on YouTube) because it is a very ergonomic technique- coupled with this cable, it keeps the weight of the work well balanced.

Chiaogoo is, in my opinion, the very best product for circular needles. The non-memory plastic coated cable is very flexible and is resistant to kinks. The yarn slides smoothly across the stainless steel needles. The first half of the baby crib blanket pictured, I did with interchangeable wooden needles and it was unbelievably difficult to knit (the blanket is 36"x55" and heavy). I put the project down and ordered the Chiaogoo circs and finished in a week. My hands were happy finally. 😊
