I feel like it helps me keep my immune system up. Work in a hospital in direct contact with patients. Haven't been sick since I started using, it's been 5 months and usually I'd get sick with seasons changing but I haven't. I also take Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and L-lysine for immunity and I feel like they all help in combination. Update: I had high LDL cholesterol after taking this supplement at my next yearly check. I get a lipid panel every year. Never have had high LDL. Couldn’t figure out why. From 2019-2021 my ldl was always slightly elevated. Eliminated this supplement a few months before my 2022 lab draw and my ldl cholesterol went down by my next check from 127 to 101. It hadn’t been even close to 100 since before taking the supplement. Still high, but much closer to normal. I’m interested to see what my next value will be in 2024. I believe this supplement increased my ldl cholesterol. My doctor couldn’t figure it out because I exercise regularly and eat a high fiber diet. He chalked it up to genetics. I did take two of them daily, maybe that was too much? Either way, be mindful taking it if you have a genetic component to high cholesterol or have high cholesterol issues in general.

Before taking monolaurin I got a cold easily I started two years ago with this supplement and my life improved a lot, I recommend this product to people. I gave it four stars because the price increased by 60% during this current pandemic (Covid19) and I have to go to another company that maintains regular prices. It is not a good thing for this company to earn money with a situation like we are experiencing right now. (the same production company but with the usual price is easy to find on the web)

My chiropractor swears by this supplement and recommended that I take it once daily or weekly before the harsh winter begins in the Midwest. I have been taking monolaurin and an apple cider vinegar pill daily since the beginning of October 2019, and I have not gotten a cold, flu, cough, sore throat, or a cold sore outbreak like I usually get every year at least twice during the fall-winter seasons. It's only been 4 months, but no sickness has gotten a hold of me and I feel amazing. Sometimes I will take 2 daily, once in the morning and then before bed.

This is a good value for the money. I do wish these capsules came in a brown bottle rather than a clear bottle. Other than that, I am pretty happy with this item. I'll try to add more once I have been taking these for a while.
