I loved the example where 50 Cent used a pump and dump strategy. That is really interesting to think that a celebrity could make fraudulent claims about stocks because they own so many of that stock. This opens my eyes and worries me a little about how to know if a company is just making their stock seem desired.I am not sure if I am ready to make purchases in Penny Stocks just because I am a little scared but I loved reading this book!

Wer noch unwissend ist, was Penny Stocks betrifft, der ist mit dem Buch bestens bedient. Frau Thatcher warnt nachdrücklich vor Pump-and-Dump, Dilution und zu niedrigem Handelsvolumen. Ich fand an diesem Buch außergewöhnlich gut, dass einige Hintergrundinfos gegeben werden, wer an Penny Stock-Operationen Geld verdient hat (z.B. der Rapper “50 Cent“ mit angeblichen 8.7 Mio Dollar). Interessant war auch der Hinweis auf Joshua Sason, dessen New Yorker Firma “Magna“ (gegründet 2009) sich anscheinend auf Value Investing im Penny Stock Bereich konzentriert. Da Sason, der inzwischen auch Filme produziert, anscheinend sehr erfolgreich ist, sollte man herausfinden, in welche Firmen er investiert. Tim Grittani und Tim Sykes sind andere erfolgreiche Pennystock-Trader, die anscheinend durch Trading zu Millionären wurden.
