Worked well for me
During 2 months of taking, it has helped strength and muscle growth. A likely reason of the effect is creatine content (2.5g in a scoop) Nevertheless, cannot give 5 stars cause the taste really sucks. It is also harder do dissolve in water compared to whey protein. Shaker bottle is a must.

Causes stomach pain and doesnโt dissolve well in water
I have been having stomach pain since using this product and its so difficult for the powder to fully dissolve in water

Overpriced and terrible mixing.
Doesn't mix well in water, regardless of temperature. Clumpy, and that doesn't include the physical chunks of crushed up cookie pieces. Horrendously overpriced as well.

0% sugar ? Ingredients lists sugar, palm oil , corn syrup WTF. Tastes ok , nothing special though.

Amazing Protein, better than Whey!
Really good stuff! I loved the cookies and cream. It has little chunks of cookie bits in it, super good. And the beef protein got rid of all my stomach issues and bloating. Will recommend for anyone who is sensitive to dairy. This stuff is worth it!
