These packets definitely need a receptacle as they draw water from the air, which then drips down into the collection area and can be poured down the drain. Great system!

I paid $6.99 for 4 pack refill box. That's about $1.75 each and $35.00 for 20 of them. If you bought 5 refills (total of 20 refills) of the same size I did it would have cost $34.95 for 20 refills. If I didn't mess up my math, it sounds like they grossly overcharged you. Can you return it?
