LuvLap Galaxy Convertible Car Seat for Baby & Kids New Born to 7 Years, Forward Facing & Rearward Facing, 3 Adjustable Recline Levels, Side Impact Guard, Black

Good sturdy product and easy to use. Excellent response by Luvlap customer service.

The product is of good quality. The LuvLap Galaxy Convertible Car Seat is easy to install and can be conveniently removed when not in use. However, I encountered an issue with the seat buckle clip, which became jammed after approximately two months of use. I contacted customer care to request a replacement part. I appreciate their prompt response, as they arranged for the replacement to be sent. They also provided instructional videos, which were helpful in guiding us through the process of replacing the buckle clip.

Good product, great customer care service from LuvLap too.

Such a bad experience with this car seat. I bought 2 last month and facing same problem with car seat. I can’t tight or loosen this belt. Please don’t purchase, I agree with quality and comfortable. One metal piece behind which is using to tighten and loosen belt but this metal piece goes to the spring and keep stuck there. Also the belt always out of metal piece and causing poor safety. Worst purchase ever

I’ve been using this car seat for my 1.5-year-old, and overall, it has been a very reassuring purchase for travel. The most important factor for me was safety, and this seat feels sturdy, well-cushioned, and secure.

Great experience on luvlap product, service team was so helpful, they help me a lot during the installation ,blindly you can go a head with this product.

Good Product and I had faulty switch after using 3 month but when I called the customer care immediately they have replaced with the new Part in free of cost and its working perfectly now. Thanks for your Help👍👍

Happy Amazon didn't send a near to expire carseat (carseat life vary by manufacturer but last depending on materials used from 6yrs to 10yrs). Do not use an expired carseat. Plastic gets brittle and will not last forever. This carseat is relatively inexpensive for carseats at 5600rs and won't be too much of a hurt once it expires after a few years. Particular carseat I was sent was manufactured in August 2020. Note: import date and manufacturing date are not the same. Nothing incredibly fancy or premium about the carseat. Nothing better in Indian market but also not in the quality or feature superiority of other global brands. Not happy that Luvlap uses advertising that "so and so number mothers think it is safe". Would rather they did actual crash tests to prove it is safe. Also would have preferred Luvlap did American snd Australian safety testing and ratings in addition to European minimum safety standards. Carseat is not approved for FAA so basically only useful in India. Didn't like that carseat headrest didn't pull up like other models I have.... but it's made of plastic parts and not metal adjustments like were used to so, one solid piece of plastic is likely safer than plastic pieces that could break off. It's a low budget carseat and that's what you get. Minimum features and probably minimum safety standards.
