This is an excellent product my dad is from the UK and swears by it says when he was sick as a child his mum gave him a spoonful of this and said "it cures what ails ya". He still says that himself and I guess it really works because he's almost 80 and still running triathlons and is on zero medications and has no health issues.

I remember my mum lining me and my sister's up at the kitchen door every Winter's morning to take a spoonful of this. Of course the jar was humungous sized in those days and one seemed to last all Winter for all of us. So glad I found Potters. Good value as it lasts a while even by taking a spoonful every day and even better taste with the butterscotch. My mum loves it so I buy it for her too. She says it's helping her arthritis. Haven't had any colds or sore throats this year, my knees seem a lot better and my hair and nails seem healthier. I would really recommend this product.

I personally love the taste… but it could be an acquired taste for some. If you’re from the UK & remember having this as a child, it’s the real deal! Plus the nutritional value of this malt cod liver oil is packed with vitamin D & you just need 1 teaspoon a day, but as I love it - I take a heaping teaspoon Hope this helps
