Well first shake I have had had to modify the amount of powder that goes in because the scoop size is rediculus it's a 8 oz scoop /250mls my shaker is 500mls and it says 2 scoops well they was no room for milk or water so I just put 200mls of powder and filles to 500mls of milk seems to taste not bad if you like chocolate with a hint of peanut in it over all its not the worst I have tasted would have to have a lot of these shakes a day to get any results unless you just want to eat the powder dissapointing for phd expect a lot more reasons for 3 stars fast delivery well before the delivery date and also cheap
