Lots of fun for my grandchildren.

Kids love these for when we go camping. Pro: lots of colors and can be long lasting. Good price for amount we get. Size is good for carrying the proper amount. Con: may take awhile to catch fire

I was surfing Amazon for camping supplies for our upcoming family camping trip with our 5 kids (ages 2 to 14) and my in-laws when I came across this item. While it's by no means a necessity for camping, the price was right so I thought I'd give it a try! We threw 3 in the fire at once. I'm still not sure if the different pouches contain different colors or if each pouch is supposed to produce a rainbow of colors, but the 3 pouches I've used so far had greenish and blueish colored powder inside them (do not open them beforehand - I did not open them beforehand either but I was able to observe this as each pouch melted open in the fire) and we had obvious blue and green flames. I have included a picture of our fire before and after the pouches were added. This was a definite hit for all ages! I would recommend this as something fun to try and could even twist it into a learning experience as my 14 year old started talking about a similar experimen he had done in science class! My only negative comment on them (as you can see in one of the photos I posted) was that there was some loose "powder" in the bag upon delivery. However, all 12 pouches are packaged together in a slightly larger bag. Therefore, the small spill was easily contained and it did not make a mess outside of the bag! Therefore, this did not affect my final review of the product!

I was told about this product from a coworker and decided to buy it to put in a gift basket. I was curious enough about it that I bought some for myself as well. It provides a little entertainment while sitting around a fire and the colors are relatively vibrant and last a decent amount of time (45 mins-1hr) using 5 packages. It is something I may buy again if we are expecting company. The only downside was I was expecting these to come in a box as one of them was going in a gift basket. One came in a grey plastic envelope with a white sticker labeling the contents and another in a clear plastic bag. I was able to make due with what I had so it wasn't a big deal just a surprise.

I wish I would have taken a picture when we actually use these out of the lake but this was a great unnecessary purchase. After everyone was done using the fire I put this on and the kids were in awe. Wow this product is fun to use and does exactly what it says it does as far as changing the colors of the fire, it is important to read the package to understand how this works and that you are not to use the flame to cook anything and you don't want to breathe in the smoke. So my recommendation is if you have young children and you think you might want to do s'mores make sure you have done everything over the fire before you put this in because it does burn for quite a while.

Kids love this stuff! Who doesn’t like to sit around the fire that is blue green orange and red. I wouldn’t recommend cooking over a fire after you had all these chemicals for the visual effect.

We absolutely LOVE these when using our fire pit! They add a factor of fun to a relaxing night, and we enjoy seeing the colors dance in the flames. Highly recommend!

たき火にいれると、青白い炎になって、まるでファンタジー系の怪しぃ魔法使いのシーンのようになります。 基本的には、袋を破って炎にふりかけるのが正しい使い方でしょうけど、薪火台を使った焚き火ならば、袋のまま火に投げ入れても、全然大丈夫で、その方が色の変化が楽しめます。 ただ、１袋ではたりず、２～３袋は使ってしまうので、少々高いかもしれませんし、何回もやっていると飽きるかもしれません。 がネタとしてはおもしろい、パーティグッズだと思います。
