Absolute junk. Work okay for about 3 bottles of wine, then it became difficult to remove the cork from the screw after extraction from the bottle. A short while thereafter the cheap plastic (metal-looking) cap on top broke. We are definitely going back to a real Screwpull.

I have had this product for only 2 months and it has already broken. The screw on cap that holds the corkscrew in pops off when any amount of pressure is applied.

Bought this on June 23, 2016 and it has already broken. We have probably opened less than 10 bottles of wine and the screw at the top pops off now every time we use it. Of course it could only be returned with 30 days and seems to have no warranty. Trash!

I loved it while it lasted. Unfortunately, it only lasted about 5 months before it stopped working. The corkscrew still moves up and down, but the mechanism that pulls the cork out no longer works.

I've had this for a few months with infrequent usage and the screw shaft has separated from the apparatus. I'll see whether Amazon will give me a refund

Absolute junk. Bought it in August, fell apart and doesn't work in December. No idea how to contact the company about their warranty. Steer clear of Premier Home Limited! Pure garbage.

We loved this wine opener when we first got it but then it broke beyond repair only a few months after use. Disappointing.

Don't waste your money. I had a similar product for a dozen years before it needed to be replaced. This has only been used five times and it needs replacing. The corkscrew isn't centered and it takes several attempts to remove the cork. The foil cutter fell apart. Shoddy craftsmanship. Very disappointing.
