Long lasting battery
It adds a little bit more weight to your gear but it is worth the weight because you get longer time to shoot.

It holds its charge and lasts a decent amount of time
This was for a Sony FDR-AX53B HandyCam and am very pleased with the amount of recording time I was gettting at 50Mbps and 60 Frames per second. I have yet to try it at 100 Mbps, but never having to grab a second battery yet after several hours of recording, I bet it will do well at 100 Mbps.
