Works well but doesn’t last
Had three units in the last year, but they don’t last. They work for about three to four months. Then the wifi stops working. It works well otherwise and if this one stops working we won’t get another.

TERRIBLE!
Do not waste your hard earned money or time!Hours spent trying to get the host to sound alarm from any sensor. Never sounded alarm when sensors triggered.Support is worthless. They told me to replace batteries in the sensors. ( all batteries were new to begin with)None of the 6 installed sensors would trigger the alarm, even those within 2 feet of the base station.Unfortunately, past the AMAZON return period. The seller did not respond when asked about warranty and not in their manual. UPDATE: "customer service" finally responded. Said there is a 1 year warranty. Sent us door alarms to fix the Alarm host problem. We have emailed them several times asking for a replacement of the alarm panel or a refund. We only hear "crickets" in return. We stand by our original review.NEW ADDITION:::::This seller will NOT HonorAny warranty !! We have tried to have them communicate with us several times. AVOID THEM!!!

The most horrible alarm system I ever bought
.The wifi doesn't connect. The phone sim card as well does not pick up signal. I bought this to replace my old one but it's total failure.
